CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

ATTEMPT ships internationally from China.

Depending on the destination, an order may be subject to VAT, sales tax, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges.

Where taxes or import charges are calculated and collected by us at checkout, they will be shown before payment.

Where such charges are not collected at checkout, they may be assessed by the destination country's customs authority or by the delivery carrier and may be payable by the recipient before delivery.

Import rules differ between countries and may change. Customers are responsible for providing any information reasonably required for customs clearance.

We are currently reviewing our international duties and tax configuration. Where checkout specifically states that duties and taxes are included, the checkout indication will apply to that order.

FAILED DELIVERY OR RETURN TO SENDER

If a parcel is returned to ATTEMPT because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the parcel, or unpaid import charges, additional shipping costs may be deducted from any refund where permitted by applicable law.
